Albemarle Regional Paddle Trails

The Albemarle RC&D Council has been working with the North Carolina Paddle Trails Association and local partner organizations to update maps and descriptions for paddle trails in Northeastern NC. During 2010 and 2011, the Albemarle RC&D Council checked mile markers and access sites and revised maps and descriptions for the trails listed on this web site. Maps and descriptions for other paddle trails in Eastern NC can be found on the web site of the NC Paddle Trails Association.

The Albemarle Regional Paddle Trail Map shows the trails that have been recently updated. Links to maps of the trails are included below along with a document that contains descriptions of the trails, access sites, and skill levels.
